Woodland Hills Attorney • Mediator • Arbitrator
If you need fast, knowledgeable help for a dispute over:
I can help you. I'm California lawyer Sean E. Judge, and I provide
skilled assistance to help individuals and businesses resolve legal
disputes through litigation or through use of non-court alternatives. I also
serve as a mediator and arbitrator for
cases that do not involve my clients. My law offices are centrally located
in Woodland Hills in the West San Fernando Valley, near Los Angeles. I handle
cases throughout California.
Where appropriate, I'll work to resolve your case in a way that minimizes
the time and expense consumed by formal court proceedings. You'll
be thoroughly advised on the pros and cons of each method for resolving
disputes outside of court, so you can make an informed decision.
I'll help you evaluate the potential benefits of
private settlement negotiations with the opposing parties and any
insurance companies, third-party mediation, binding or non-binding
arbitration, a "mini-trial," and/or the use of a private judge. However,
I am an experienced litigator and am prepared
to represent you through trial when that
will give you the best chance of a good result.
I have been litigating injury, business, and construction cases since 1989. Your case will be handled personally by me
from start to finish, and I will keep in close contact with you as your case progresses.
I can provide
you with excellent representation and advice for any of these
