Experienced Help for Business Disputes
If you have a business-related claim, or have had a claim filed against
you for a business-related dispute, I can help you. I
handle a variety of complex business cases on an ongoing basis.
These include situations where my clients have needed a quick
resolution that preserved their relationship with the opposing parties,
and cases where the relationship had been ended or needed to be
ended in a way that would minimize losses. I have
also represented many clients in making claims against their business
insurance carriers for reimbursement of losses and/or payment of
legal expenses.
Many business cases can be best resolved outside of court. I have extensive
experience in mediation, arbitration, and other "alternative (non-court)
dispute resolution" (ADR) methods, and frequently serve as a mediator,
arbitrator, or judge pro tem in cases that do not involve my clients.
Once I become familiar with your
case, my years of experience will allow me to help you evaluate
the pros, cons, and potential outcomes of each type of ADR that
might be helpful to you, potentially reducing your legal costs and
speeding up the resolution of your case. However, I'm equally skilled
at litigation and am prepared to aggressively represent you through
trial and appeal when that will give you the best chance of a good
result.
I handle
corporate investor litigation, business purchase litigation, professional
contract disputes, collections, music industry litigation, and other
complicated business disagreement. If you need help with a business
dispute, please call or email
me; my contact information is below.
I look forward to helping you.
